You have heard it said that, “early to bed early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”.

This maxim, and of course nursery rhyme according to health experts remains an eternal truism. And now, the question arises, “Is there a particular time that can be described as the best time to sleep? Whatever be the case, experts simply believe that one ought to get to bed in time so as to wake up early – for great health benefits. What about sleeping late and getting up from bed late, even if you’ve spent an adequate amount of time sleeping (in bed)?
